Even when suffering with Fibromyalgia, Food Allergies and other serious dis-eases, there is a lot you can do to bring your body back to healthy state again. She was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Food Allergies, Arthritis as well as non-specific autoimmune disease. She was hospitalized for three months, during which time she was placed on a mélange of different drugs ranging from immuno-suppressants, antibiotics, steroids, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drugs.
As I’m sure you can imagine, being on all those drugs created their own problems, leaving her nauseous, tired, foggy-brained and feeling very ill. It was this nightmarish experience that prompted her to explore an alternate path: healing her body with food.
She followed the same path laid out in Heal Your Gut. It all worked for her. Lee wrote that she is now medication-free and 90% recovered! Even better, she chose to share her path to health in this book so others can revitalize their healthy gut flora – and their own lives in the process.
